My passion is helping my patients to feel their best in mind, body and spirit. I believe acupuncture is one of the most effective modalities to treat the whole person. I was drawn to acupuncture out of my own desire to feel that I was thriving, not merely surviving.
I received my bachelors degree in psychology and immediately pursued my masters in Chinese Medicine. Ten years later, I specialize in trigger point therapy (also known as dry needling) for musculoskeletal pain relief as well as Kiiko style acupuncture for holistic wellness. Some of the conditions I treat include: hormonal imbalance, stress/insomnia, anxiety/depression, pain due to injury / repetitive use, headaches, IBS and other GI issues.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children. We love to explore the outdoors, travel, and live music. I feel so fortunate to live in the Bay Area where we have nature and city culture so close as well as the privilege of a safe place to raise children and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
It is a joy to share the power of acupuncture with others and witness the shifts that take place in each individual. I would be honored to work with you and assist you along your wellness journey.
